CREDIT DESIGNATION
The Ponce Medical School Foundation submitted this educational activity for a maximum of 15 credits AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for physicians, subject to approval. The health care professionals should claim only the credits commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Refund Policy:
Your registration fee, less a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded when a written notification is received by SPED before November 21, 2021. Simultaneous notification via email and regular mail is encouraged. No refunds will be made if the notification is received by SPED after November 21, 2021.
